Readock lets you create, import, and read local Markdown without an account. Sign-in is only required for cloud reports, webhook sources, and account sync.

Before contacting support, try restarting the app and confirming that you are using the latest available version. For sync or notification issues, also check your network connection and the related options in Settings.

Contact Support

Email support@hekmon.com with:

• your Readock app version and iOS version;
• the feature you were using and what happened;
• steps that reproduce the issue, if known.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, webhook tokens, or private report content. For privacy questions and deletion requests, see our Privacy Policy.
